TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DRIVE-THRU SERVICE

This service provides flexibility for Users to place and pay for orders online through the Online Service, then pick up their order at the nearest KFC outlet that has a dedicated Drive-Thru facility.

  1. Ordering:

    • Users can place food orders and make payments online.

    • Orders must be placed at least 30 minutes before the desired pickup time, subject to outlet policies.

  2. Outlet Selection:

    • Users may select a KFC outlet that provides Drive-Thru facilities for order pickup.

    • KFC is not responsible for any errors in outlet selection made by customers during the ordering process.

  3. Payment:

    • Payment must be made online through the application.

    • Accepted payment methods can be found.

  4. Order Confirmation Process:

    • Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully verified by the system.

    • Once the order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made unless approved by KFC Indonesia.

  5. Unclaimed Orders:

    • If an order is not picked up within 60 minutes after being marked as ready or completed by KFC:

      • The order is no longer the responsibility of KFC.

      • No refunds will be issued for such orders.

    • Customers are expected to collect their orders at the scheduled time to maintain product quality.

  6. Order Pickup:

    • Customers will receive a notification through the Online Service once the order is ready for pickup at the counter.

    • Upon pickup, customers must present:

      • proof of order through the Online Service or confirmation email

      • a valid ID (if requested by store staff) for verification.

  7. Order Pickup by Third Parties:

    • If the order is picked up by a third party (e.g., friends or family) on behalf of the customer, the third party must bring valid order proof and any additional documents requested by KFC for verification (e.g., identification).

    • KFC is not responsible for any errors or losses arising from unauthorized order collection due to misuse of order proof.
