TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTIONS AND REWARDS
Definitions:
Promotion (Promo): Discounts, coupons, or special offers provided by KFC INDONESIA to users based on applicable terms and conditions.
Rewards: Points, vouchers, or gifts earned by users as an appreciation for using KFC INDONESIA services.
Promotions and rewards are only valid for users with an active KFCKU account.
Promotions are only valid within the specified period.
Each user can only use one promotion per transaction unless stated otherwise.
Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form.
Promotions apply only to transactions that meet specific conditions, such as minimum purchase amounts or certain product categories.
If a transaction using a promotion is canceled, the promotion will be forfeited and cannot be reused.
Promotions and rewards are only valid for users with an active account on the Online Service.
Promotions and rewards do not apply to transactions that violate the application’s policies, such as fraudulent transactions.
KFC INDONESIA reserves the right to cancel promotions or rewards if any misuse is detected, such as repeated use of promo codes with different accounts.
Promotions and rewards may be revoked or terminated by KFCKU at any time without prior notice.
KFC INDONESIA is not responsible for user data entry errors that result in promotions or rewards being unusable.
