TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CHAKI KIDS CLUB SERVICE

Chaki Kids Club is a special membership program for children that provides various benefits, such as gifts, discounts, and interactive activities organized by KFC Indonesia.

1. Membership:

   • Registration can only be done by a parent or legal guardian.

   • This program is designed for children aged 4 to 10 years old with parental or guardian consent.

   • Membership is valid for one (1) year and can be renewed.

2. Membership Benefits:

   Chaki Kids Club members will receive:

   • Upon registration, members are entitled to one Starter Kit set consisting of a T-shirt & an Activity Book.

   • A digital membership card, sent via the KFCku App, WhatsApp, or the registered email.

   • Priority access to Chaki Kids Club activities at selected KFC stores.

   • Free Soft Ice Cream by showing the Digital Membership Card at KFC outlets.

   • Member juga akan mendapatkan voucher:

     • Free Ice Cream Sundae upon joining Chaki Kids Club by redeeming the voucher included in the Activity Book, with no purchase required.

     • Free Chaki Kids Meal when one of the parents has a birthday, with the purchase of 2 Super Besar 1 packages, by presenting the Membership Card, the parent's ID card, and the voucher found in the Activity Book.

     • 5 Free Super Besar 1 packages when celebrating a birthday at KFC with a minimum purchase of 20 Thematic, Thematic Plus, or Thematic Plus Float packages, by presenting the Membership Card and the free voucher from the Activity Book.

     • Free Ice Cream for attending Chaki Kids Club activities by scanning the digital voucher QR code.

     • Members who regularly attend Chaki Kids Club activities will receive rewards from KFC in the form of products or merchandise.

3. Member Responsibilities

   • Members must provide accurate and valid data when registering.

   • Membership can only be used by the child whose name is registered in the system.

   • Parents or guardians are responsible for the activities and benefits used under the membership.

4. Registration Mechanism

   • Parents or guardians must fill in the required details in the online registration form for Chaki Kids Club.

   • Registration includes purchasing the Chaki Kids Club Starter Kit. Payment methods available:

     • Payment at the Cashier: Offline payment at a KFC store selected during registration.

     • QRIS (QR Code Indonesian Standard): Payment via QR code if available as an option.

   • Once registration and payment are verified, customers will receive a digital voucher via their registered email, which must be redeemed at the selected KFC store to claim the Chaki Kids Club Starter Kit. Issued vouchers are non-refundable.
