TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LOYALTY DAN MEMBERSHIP
Membership
To enjoy loyalty and membership services, customers must register an account through the KFCku app.
Membership is for personal use only and is non-transferable.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data, including username and password.
KFC Points
Customers will earn 1 point for every transaction of at least Rp. 10,000.
Points earned are valid for 12 months from the date they are received.
Points can be used to reduce transaction prices by exchanging them for voucher amounts.
Each voucher redeemed using points can only be used for one transaction.
Points can be earned through successful online transactions made via the KFCku app or website, without cancellations.
In addition to transactions, points can also be earned through daily check-ins or gamified activities available in the KFCku app.
Points cannot be transferred, sold, or converted into cash.
Customers can redeem their points for items and vouchers available in the KFCku app.
Points can be redeemed through the KFCku app or website.
Promotions and Discounts
All promotional and discount programs are subject to the terms and conditions of each program.
Exclusive offers may vary depending on membership tier.
Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
Level Membership
Membership is divided into 3 tiers: Egg, Chick, and Rooster.
Transaction values for each membership tier are as follows:
Egg: Rp0 - Rp999.999
Chick: Rp1.000.000 - Rp1.999.999
Rooster: Rp2.000.000
Customers can upgrade their membership tier by reaching the minimum spending amount for each level.
Customers have a 12-month grace period to maintain their membership level.
If, during the grace period, the customer does not meet the minimum transaction requirement for their current tier, their membership level will be downgraded according to their transactions.
The grace period is the time allowed for customers to retain their current membership level.
Customers can maintain their membership level by making transactions that meet the minimum requirement for their current level.
During the grace period, customers can still enjoy the benefits of their current membership level.
Mekanisme Benefit Member
Daily Check-in:
Customers earn 1 point per day for checking in through the app.
Points can be redeemed for vouchers according to membership level.
Collect the Stamp:
Customers earn 1 stamp for every transaction worth Rp 100,000 (not valid for multiples).
After collecting 5 stamps, customers are entitled to a voucher worth Rp 110,000.
Menu Discount:
Chick Level: 10% off all menu items (max discount Rp 10,000)
Rooster Level: 15% off all menu items (max discount Rp 12,000)
Welcoming & Special Voucher:
Each membership tier receives a voucher according to their level.
Vouchers expire 7 days after being claimed.
Claiming a voucher will deduct 2 points; when redeemed, the member will receive an additional 1 point.
Chick and Rooster levels are entitled to vouchers available at the lower tiers.
Special Price Birthday:
Customers receive birthday benefits based on their membership level.
All levels receive a personal birthday benefit: 1 pc chicken + 1 rice + 1 soft drink.
Regular & Extra Point:
Egg-level members receive regular points.
Chick & Rooster members receive both regular and extra points on weekdays.
Suspicious Activity
KFC reserves the right to take necessary actions, including suspending or deleting accounts and any earned points, if any suspicious activity is detected on the account. Such activities include, but are not limited to:
Suspected involvement in illegal or fraudulent actions.
Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information to KFC or participating restaurants.
Suspected selling, transferring, or obtaining rewards, benefits, or points in ways that violate the terms and conditions.
Earning points in excess of set limits through fraud or other unauthorized methods.
Point Cancellation Due to Order Cancellation
KFC reserves the right to cancel points at any time if the product is returned and a refund is issued, either in part or in full. This also applies to product exchanges, unless the exchanged product has the same point value.
