TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLINE PAY N PICK KFC

This service provides Users with the flexibility to order and pay online through the Online Service, then pick up their order at the nearest KFC outlet.

  1. Ordering:

    1. Users can order food and make payments online through the KFC app or platform.

    2. Orders must be placed at least 30 minutes before the desired pickup time, depending on the outlet's policy.

  2. Selecting an Outlet Location:

    1. Users can choose an outlet location for picking up their selected products.

    2. Users can also use the QR Store feature to easily find an outlet, especially if they are already at the location.

    3. KFC is not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer in selecting the outlet location when placing an order.

  3. Payment:

    1. Payment must be made online after selecting the menu.

  4. Order Confirmation Process:

    1. Orders will only be processed after the payment has been successfully verified by the KFC system.

    2. Once the order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made unless approved by KFC Indonesia.

  5. Unclaimed Orders:

    If an order is not picked up within 60 minutes after it is marked as ready for pickup by KFC: 

    1. KFC is no longer responsible for the order.No refunds will be issued for the unclaimed order.

    2. Customers are expected to pick up their orders on time to maintain product quality.

  6. Order Pickup:

    1. Customers will receive a notification through the Online Service when their order is ready for pickup at the designated counter.

    2. When picking up the order, customers must present: 

      1. The order confirmation from the Online Service or email confirmation.

      2. A valid ID (if requested by store staff) for verification.

  7. Pickup by a Third Party:

    If the order is picked up by a third party (e.g., a friend or family member) on behalf of the customer, the third party must present a valid order confirmation and any additional documents required by KFC for verification (e.g., a valid ID).

  8. KFC is not responsible for any errors or losses resulting from unauthorized individuals collecting the order if the order confirmation is misused.
