TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICE
This service allows users to order food online through the KFCKU App/Weborder for delivery to the desired address.
Menu Selection:
Users can choose their favorite menu items from the options available on the KFC platform.
Order Delivery:
Orders are delivered through a partnership with designated third parties such as online delivery platforms or independent courier services, including GoSend, GrabExpress, and AntarAja.
Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, or the operating hours of the third-party partners.
Third-Party Delivery Responsibility:
The delivery partner or third party is responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering the order to the address specified by the user.
GoSend and GrabExpress delivery partners may cancel or refuse to deliver orders according to the terms and conditions of their respective platforms.
The terms and conditions of GoSend, GrabExpress, and AntarAja are available on their respective platforms and form an integral part of KFC Indonesia's terms and conditions.
Promo or Delivery Discount Policy:
Delivery promotions or discounts (if available) will be applied according to the policies of KFC or the delivery partner.
Order Information Accuracy:
Customers must ensure that all information entered, including the delivery address and order details, is correct before confirming the order.
Payment:
Payment must be made online through the KFC app or website after selecting the menu.
Accepted payment methods:
Payment can be made using debit or credit cards accepted by KFC's system.
E-wallet: Payment can also be made using e-wallets supported by the app or payment platforms integrated with KFC.
QRIS (QR Code Indonesian Standard): Payment can be made using QRIS through a payment app supporting the QRIS system.
Payment is considered successful when it is verified by the system.
Order Confirmation:
The order will be confirmed by the restaurant once the payment is successful.
After the order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made unless approved by KFC Indonesia.
Delivery Process:
A delivery partner will be assigned within 30 minutes after full payment, and the order will be sent to the restaurant for confirmation.
If no delivery partner confirms within 30 minutes, the order will be canceled by KFC Indonesia, and the cancellation status will be communicated to the customer.
Delivery and Communication:
The delivery partner will contact the customer for the delivery process, and the customer can contact the delivery partner using the details shown in the order status.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.
Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails because the customer cannot be contacted, the order will be returned to the KFC restaurant, and no refund will be provided.
Product Responsibility:
The logistics partner is responsible for the safety and condition of the order during the delivery process until it is received by the customer.
KFC Indonesia is not responsible for damage or inaccuracies in the product and/or packaging caused by the delivery partner after the product is picked up.
Delivery Delays or Failures:
KFC Indonesia is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by bad weather, traffic congestion, emergencies (force majeure), or issues beyond our control, or those caused by the delivery partner.
Additional Charges:
Additional charges related to the order, such as parking fees or building entry fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery partner is entitled to request reimbursement for additional charges with supporting evidence.
Customer Responsibility After Delivery:
Once the product is delivered, the customer is fully responsible for related costs such as additional delivery time, loss, damage, or contamination caused by the customer or a third party acting on their behalf.
Unaccepted Orders:
If the order cannot be accepted because the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, the order will be considered complete, and no refund will be provided.
Delivery Range and Estimate:
The delivery service is only available in certain areas covered by KFC restaurants and delivery partners in Indonesia.
Estimated delivery times will be provided to the customer before confirming the order.
Order Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellations can only be made before the order is processed by the restaurant, unless a special condition is approved by KFC Indonesia.
After the order is processed by the restaurant, no changes or cancellations can be made except with KFC Indonesia’s approval.
If there is a payment processing issue (e.g., payment not accepted or verified), the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
In the event of system errors or technical issues that cause an incorrect or non-conforming order, KFC Indonesia reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.
If the product received by the customer differs from the confirmed order (e.g., incorrect menu or item), the customer may request a product exchange according to the applicable policy after verification by KFC Indonesia.
Refunds can only be issued if the order is canceled according to the applicable policy.
Refunds will be processed within 1 to 14 business days depending on the payment method used and in accordance with KFC's online service refund terms and conditions.
