TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF KFC VOUCHER DEAL SERVICE

By using the KFC Voucher Deal service, Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following Terms and Conditions.

General Provisions
1. KFC Voucher Deal is an online promotional voucher purchase service available through the KFCKU application, the official KFCKU/KFC Indonesia website, kiosks, and/or other official channels designated from time to time by PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (“KFC Indonesia”).
2. Voucher Deals may be issued in the form of digital vouchers, including voucher codes, QR Codes, claim links, or any other digital format determined by the KFC Indonesia system.
3. Each Voucher Deal is valid only in accordance with the voucher details, including but not limited to the voucher name, voucher value, selling price, validity period, participating outlets, redemption method, and the applicable promotional terms and conditions.
4. Voucher availability, prices, promotions, quotas, participating outlets, and service features may change at any time in accordance with KFC Indonesia’s policies, provided such changes do not violate applicable laws and regulations.
Voucher Availability and Purchase Limits
1. Voucher Deals may only be purchased if the voucher is available, active in the system, within the sales period, and has not exceeded the transaction limit or daily quota set by KFC Indonesia.
2. KFC Indonesia reserves the right to impose purchase limits, including but not limited to daily transaction limits, daily voucher limits, per-user purchase limits, and/or other restrictions based on system configurations.
3. If transaction limits, quotas, sales periods, or other availability requirements have been met or exceeded, the voucher may no longer be displayed, may be deactivated, or may become unavailable for purchase.
4. Users are responsible for reviewing all information on the voucher detail page before making a purchase, including the price, validity period, participating outlets, description, redemption method, and applicable terms and conditions.
Voucher Purchase
1. Users may select available vouchers, determine the purchase quantity, and proceed with the transaction through the checkout page.
2. All Voucher Deal transactions are conducted online through systems provided or supported by KFC Indonesia.
3. The amount payable by the User is the final price displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
4. Any strike price, discount value, promotional badge, or other promotional information displayed serves solely as promotional reference information based on the voucher configuration in the system.
Payment
1. Payments are processed through payment methods and/or payment service providers cooperating with KFC Indonesia.
2. Available payment methods may include, but are not limited to, e-wallets, QRIS, debit/credit cards, paylater services, and/or other payment methods available within the system.
3. Available payment methods can be viewed on the checkout page and/or the official KFC Indonesia Terms and Conditions page: https://kfcku.co.id/id-id/term-and-conditions
4. Transactions will only be processed after payment has been successfully verified by the system or the payment service provider.
5. If the User fails to complete payment within the period determined by the system or payment provider, the transaction may expire, be automatically cancelled, and no voucher will be issued.
Transaction and Voucher Status
1. Transaction and/or voucher statuses may include:
  1. Waiting for Payment: the transaction has been created but payment has not been completed;
  2. On Processing: payment has been successfully verified and the system is processing voucher issuance;
  3. Ready to Redeem: the voucher has been successfully issued and is ready for use;
  4. Completed: the voucher has been used or all vouchers within the transaction have been fully redeemed;
  5. Expired: the transaction or voucher has exceeded the payment deadline or validity period.
2. Users may monitor transaction and voucher statuses through their KFCKU application/website account or other channels provided by KFC Indonesia.
Voucher Issuance
1. Once payment has been successfully verified, the system will issue a digital voucher in the form of a voucher code, QR Code, and/or other digital formats.
2. During the issuance process, the system may display the status “Voucher is being generated” or another equivalent status.
3. Vouchers may only be used after they have been successfully issued and marked as Ready to Redeem.
4. KFC Indonesia shall not be responsible for delays in voucher issuance caused by network disruptions, third-party systems, payment service providers, User devices, or other causes beyond KFC Indonesia’s reasonable control.
Voucher Usage
1. Vouchers may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the voucher details.
2. Vouchers may be redeemed by:
  1. presenting the voucher QR Code at participating KFC outlets;
  2. entering the voucher code in the KFCKU application or website;
  3. using the “Use Now” feature or other features available in the system; and/or
  4. any other method determined by KFC Indonesia.
3. Voucher usage is subject to validation through KFC Indonesia systems, including POS systems, applications, websites, or other relevant systems.
4. Used vouchers cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
5. Each voucher code or QR Code is unique. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their voucher codes, QR Codes, and/or claim links.
Participating Outlets
1. Vouchers may only be redeemed at participating KFC outlets listed in the voucher details or available outlet lists within the system.
2. Users are responsible for checking participating outlet lists before purchasing or redeeming vouchers.
3. In certain circumstances, outlet availability may change due to operational reasons, technical issues, force majeure events, internal policies, or other legitimate reasons.
Voucher Validity Period
1. Vouchers are valid only until the date specified in the voucher details.
2. Expired vouchers cannot be reused.
3. Vouchers that expire because they were not used within the validity period cannot be extended, exchanged, transferred, replaced, or refunded, unless caused by a KFC Indonesia system error or other circumstances requiring compensation or refund under applicable laws and regulations.
Voucher Sharing / Buy & Share
1. Where the feature is available, Users may share unused vouchers with other parties through the Share Voucher feature.
2. Only vouchers that are unused, unexpired, and compliant with system requirements may be shared.
3. Vouchers may be shared through channels available in the system, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, Outlook, Copy Link, or other supported channels.
4. Once successfully shared, the voucher may move from the User’s available voucher list to the shared voucher section, and the original User may no longer use the voucher unless otherwise determined by the system.
5. Voucher recipients may be required to access the claim link and/or log in or register for a KFCKU account in order to claim the voucher.
6. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of voucher delivery details, including phone numbers, email addresses, or claim link recipients.
7. KFC Indonesia shall not be liable for delivery errors, misuse, loss of access, or claims by unauthorized parties resulting from User negligence in sharing voucher codes, QR Codes, or claim links.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. All Voucher Deal purchases that have been successfully paid and verified are final. Therefore, Users may not cancel transactions and/or request refunds due to change of mind, incorrect voucher selection, incorrect purchase quantity, incorrect outlet selection, scheduling conflicts, unused vouchers, or other reasons caused by User decisions, negligence, or errors.
2. Vouchers that are Ready to Redeem, used, shared, claimed by recipients, expired, or otherwise invalid due to User negligence or error cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, extended, replaced, or redeemed for cash in any form.
3. In certain circumstances deemed appropriate based on KFC Indonesia verification, resolutions may be provided in the form of voucher reactivation or replacement vouchers with equivalent value and/or benefits, subject to system capability.
4. Voucher reactivation or replacement vouchers may be provided in situations including but not limited to:
  1. successful payment but voucher issuance failure due to KFC Indonesia system errors;
  2. voucher redemption failure caused by system disruptions within KFC Indonesia’s reasonable control;
  3. material discrepancies between voucher information displayed at checkout and the voucher received;
  4. voucher invalidation due to transaction cancellation by KFC Indonesia;
  5. verified duplicate payments; and/or
  6. other circumstances considered appropriate by KFC Indonesia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Requests for voucher reactivation or replacement vouchers must be submitted through official KFC Indonesia customer service channels together with supporting documents, including but not limited to proof of payment, transaction numbers, voucher codes, screenshots, and other relevant information.
6. KFC Indonesia reserves the right to reject requests if verification determines that the issue resulted from User error, negligence, misuse, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Personal Data and Communication
1. By using the KFC Voucher Deal service, Users agree that KFC Indonesia may process User data as necessary for service provision, transaction processing, voucher issuance, notifications, voucher sharing, voucher claims, customer service, reconciliation, security, and internal reporting.
2. Where Users share vouchers with others, Users are responsible for ensuring that recipient data is accurate and lawfully provided.
3. Personal data processing shall be conducted in accordance with KFC Indonesia’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
User Obligations and Prohibitions
1. Users are prohibited from reselling vouchers, forging vouchers, duplicating QR Codes, manipulating systems, making unauthorized claims, or using vouchers unlawfully.
2. Users must use vouchers lawfully, reasonably, and in compliance with applicable provisions.
3. KFC Indonesia reserves the right to reject, cancel, suspend, freeze, or deactivate vouchers in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, system abuse, legal violations, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
KFC Indonesia shall not be responsible for:
1. transaction failures caused by network disruptions, devices, third-party systems, or payment service providers;
2. User errors in selecting vouchers, purchase quantities, payment methods, outlets, or recipients;
3. use, misuse, or unauthorized claims caused by User negligence;
4. delays or access failures caused by events beyond KFC Indonesia’s reasonable control; and
5. vouchers that cannot be used because they are expired, already redeemed, shared, or otherwise invalid for use.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
1. KFC Indonesia reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
2. Any changes shall take effect from the updated date or any other date determined by KFC Indonesia.
3. Users are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically before using the KFC Voucher Deal service.
